Moleskine Squared Notebook 3

i'ved always remained a paper and pencil guy even when pda's, smartphones and other portable writing devices have dominated the so-called electronic age. and being a loyal follower of the paper and pencil movement, i've been wanting to get hold of a particular brand of notebooks i've seen being sold everywhere but here. these were expensive notebooks plus they were not available here until recently. i first heard about them when i was just a lowly lurker at the philmug forums during my pre-mac crossover years. i really didn't have an idea what made them so appealing, but after browsing the official website, http://www.moleskine.com, i just wanted to have one.

so today i finally got one! it did cost me and by far it's the most expensive notebook i have but good news to notebook fantics out there, i got it from a local importer. i initially intended to buy the classic ruled large size but i ended up getting the classic squared large size notebook instead. the squares appeal to me much like a graphing paper or a notebook i had in school for math class. according to the label, these are the legendary notebooks of hemmingway, picasso and chatwin (err). the squared notebook is 13 x 21 cm with 240 pages of acid-free paper and an expandable inner pocket.

to those who want one, moleskine notebooks can be ordered locally from moleskine philippines.
